Welcome to UmrahMatch. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any services with us.

Our Services

UmrahMatch provides the following services:

Umrah Badal: Performance of Umrah on behalf of individuals who are unable to perform it themselves due to illness, disability, old age, or passing.
Guided Umrah Packages: Personalized guided Umrah experiences with certified guides (Essential, Premium, and VIP packages).
Group Bookings: Special arrangements for families and groups traveling together.

Umrah Badal Specific Terms

Performance of Umrah

Umrah Badal will be performed by our certified and verified guides with sincere intention (niyyah) on behalf of the named recipient.
All rituals will be performed according to authentic Islamic practices and Sharia guidelines.
We will make every effort to perform Umrah Badal on or close to the preferred date specified, subject to guide availability and local conditions.

Documentation

A certificate of completion with photos will be provided within 7-14 days after the Umrah is performed.
Photos will be taken at key locations (Kaaba, after completing rituals) as proof of performance.

Booking & Payment

All bookings require full payment at the time of booking via our secure payment processor (Stripe).
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
Group discounts (where applicable) are automatically applied at checkout based on the number of pilgrims.
Payment confirmation will be sent to your email address within 24 hours of successful payment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Umrah Badal Services

Before Performance: Full refund available if you cancel before the Umrah Badal is performed.
After Performance: No refunds available once the Umrah Badal has been completed.

Guided Umrah Packages

30+ days before travel: 100% refund (minus 5% processing fee)
15-29 days before travel: 50% refund
Less than 15 days: No refund available

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Client Responsibilities

When booking guided Umrah packages, clients are responsible for:

Obtaining valid passports, visas, and all required travel documents
Ensuring they are physically able to perform Umrah rituals
Arranging their own flights, accommodation, and travel insurance
Following guide instructions and respecting local customs and regulations
Providing accurate contact and travel information

Limitation of Liability

UmrahMatch is not responsible for:

Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, political unrest, health emergencies, visa issues)
Personal injury, illness, or property loss during travel or pilgrimage
Changes to Saudi Arabia's Umrah policies or regulations
Third-party services (airlines, hotels, transportation providers)

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for guided Umrah packages.

Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal information collected during booking will only be used for service delivery and communication. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services (payment processing, guide coordination). For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

UmrahMatch reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate jurisdiction.
